Our team can’t wait for your next visit!
OUR OFFICE
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us
24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous team is always available to answer them.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.
We accept payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through the CareCredit system. Please ask a member of our team, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our team is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team has expanded duty dental assistant certification, and our office team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Below are several questions that you may have before your first visit. Click on a question!.
What should I bring on my first visit?
On your first visit to our office, please bring your insurance card and our First Visit Packet already completed. If you do not bring it with you, please come 15 minutes early so that we can see your child on time.

Please bring your first visit forms filled out.

Do you accept dental insurance?
We accept many insurance plans and as a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claim for you. The portion that is not covered by the insurance company is your responsibility and due at the time of service.
It is a benefit to you to know and understand what your insurance benefits are, including deductibles and co-pays. Regrettably, we do not dictate insurance policies and can only work with them. We will make every effort to help you understand what your coverages are.
What can I expect to pay for our visit?
We would be happy to discuss fees and insurance with parents prior to the first visit in our office.
Our business team will discuss this with you, and answer any questions you may have prior to making your first visit.
My child may be nervous. Can you help?
It is quite normal for children to be anxious about their first visit to the dentist. Pediatric dentists have special training in helping anxious children feel secure during treatment. Also, pediatric dental offices are designed to make children feel comfortable. Dr. Miller, Dr. Shilpa and Dr. Hollier and their team will do their best to make your child comfortable. Feel free to let your child bring their favorite comfort toy or blanket. Team members choose to work in our pediatric dental practice because they enjoy working with children.
We have several children and scheduling is important to us.
Do you run on time, and will you see all my children at once?
Seeing several children in one family at the same time is never a problem for our team. We know that our parents have busy schedules, and we do our best to stay on schedule at all times.
ORTHODONTICS FOR ALL
The American Association for Orthodontists recommends that every child have an orthodontic evaluation by the age of 7. Early detection and treatment gives your child the edge - a much better chance for natural and normal development. One advantage of having Dr. Lindsey at your child’s dental home is that they monitor your child’s growth & development on a regular basis. Our parents truly appreciate having orthodontic treatment done in our office. This allows them to coordinate cleaning and check-up appointments with ortho appointments. By working with the natural growth instead of against it, Dr. Lindsey prevents problems from becoming worse, while giving your child a lifetime of beautifully healthy smiles!
Studies have shown that people who have straight teeth are more likely to smile more. This leads to a greater self esteem which may lead to a more fulfilling life.
PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY
Pediatric Dentistry is the dental specialty recognized by the American Dental Association which encompasses comprehensive dental care for all children, from infancy through adolescence.
A children’s dental specialist like Dr. Miller, Dr. Shilpa and Dr. Hollier is a practitioner who, after becoming a general dentist (often called a family dentist), has completed an additional two years of post-doctoral training in the recognition and treatment of children’s dental services. Specialty education includes child psychology, behavior guidance, preventive techniques, restorative dentistry, and the treatment of children with special needs.
A thorough exam will be done to evaluate the health of your child’s teeth, gums and mouth. One of our doctors will evaluate your child’s growth and development and check to make sure your child’s oral development is on track. Our office will make child-specific recommendations for the need of sealants, fluoride and other services based on your child’s individual needs and habits.
We strive to make each visit fun, educational and memorable for you & your child!
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry encourages parents and other care providers to help every child establish a dental home by 12 months of age. Establishing a dental home provides some key components to dental care for your child including...
• Comprehensive oral health care including acute care and preventive services.
• Individualized preventive dental health program based upon
a caries-risk assessment.
• Anticipatory guidance regarding growth and development.
• Plan for acute dental trauma (emergencies).
• Dietary counseling.
• Referrals to dental specialists when care cannot directly be provided within the dental home.
• Referral at an age determined by patient, parent, and
pediatric dentist.
